December 2009

Merry Christmas

From all the YF team

Well a another year has flown by, the site is still in the process of updating all the records we have on our venue lists,(if you intend to visit some of our listings then please contact the fishery first to make sure the information is correct, if not please let us know so we can update it for others).

The forum is going from strength to strength, lots of new members have joined an already busy section of our site, which just makes it better for everyone as the more information that can be shared the better you will get out of our chosen sport.

I have chosen some of the best captures below just to show the diversity of the anglers we have on board, these may not be massive fish, but welcomed by the angler who caught them

Not only fishing pictures, as we are around and about and at silly times of the days, some of the scenery is unbelievable a good selection i have included below

Well what does 2010 hold for you, are you chasing a fish special to you or just pleased with what ever graces your landing net, let us know or help you along, simply join

Our forum by clicking on the disscusion forum button at the top of this page and register, its totally free .

Remember be very careful if you are fishing the rivers, as the rivers are mostly in flood and with flash floods you can be easily caught out, safety first

And foremost

Forth coming events in 2010 ,

As reported last month the summer matches have all finished now, but there does seem to be alot of talk of a few winter matches, so if these do go ahead then join the forum and get your name down, i mean Boff only joined last year and he won the summer league this year so that alone shows everyone is welcome, no matter how good  or bad you are someone is always willing to help you out

2010 Charity Event

I did let you know last month that we had some things in the pipeline for next’s year’s event, but as details are still in the planning stage I cannot release much as yet, one point I can make is we are 99% sure the event will be taking place in South Yorkshire at a well know venue that will cater for all our needs and that of the kids. Hopefully in the new year all the details can be released
